We want every Voraelia gift to arrive safely and beautifully presented. That's why every UK order includes complimentary Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed at no additional cost.

Where we deliver

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only. International delivery is not currently available.

Personalization & dispatch

Each piece is personalized and prepared to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for engraving, quality checks and preparation before dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.

If a personalization change is requested after checkout, this may delay dispatch. Please contact us promptly as changes cannot always be made once production begins.

Complimentary next-working-day delivery after dispatch

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm at no additional charge. This service aims to deliver by 1pm on the next working day after dispatch to eligible UK postcodes, subject to Royal Mail's acceptance cutoffs, service conditions and regional exceptions. Some remote locations may have different delivery commitments. Saturdays and public holidays are not automatically included.

Our next-working-day delivery service applies after your order has been personalized and dispatched; it does not mean that every order will arrive the day after checkout.

Tracking & signature

We will send tracking information once your order is dispatched. Royal Mail's Special Delivery service includes tracking and a delivery signature or other carrier-accepted proof of delivery.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before checkout. If anything needs correcting, contact us immediately via our Contact page. We cannot guarantee changes once the parcel is prepared or dispatched.

Delivery delays, loss or damage

Carrier disruption, severe weather, postcode restrictions or other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery. If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and we'll help investigate and resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory rights.
